Where can I have my package delivered?
For the shipment of your order you can indicate an address of your choice in the country where you made the purchase; alternatively, you can select a BRT Access Point, reducing the environmental impact of the delivery.

How do I check the status of my shipment?
If you are already registered, you can access the site www.antonelloserio.it in your reserved area and view it in the "My orders" section. If you have placed the order in guest mode, you will receive all updates regarding your order, to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
If you placed the order as an unregistered user, please contact customer service.
In any case, registered or not, you will receive the confirmation email and then the shipping email with the tracking number(s) that you can enter on www.brt.it to monitor the progress of the same.

My order hasn't arrived yet! Why?
The expected delivery date has already passed but your order has not arrived yet? We remind you that except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products will be delivered within 7 working days following purchase. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, possibly indicating the cancelled items, with the tracking code(s). Each individual shipment can be monitored on www.brt.it .
Before contacting us, make sure you have:
• Track the progress of your package using the link sent to you via your shipping confirmation email
• Check that the delivery address and your contact information are correct: in particular, make sure that the name on the delivery address is the same as the one indicated at the time of the order. For any problem you can contact the BRT courier directly and change the address/name initially indicated.
• Check whether the courier has left a notice of passage. Your order may be at the courier's depot or at a BRT Access Point. By entering the shipment tracking on the website www.brt.com , in the shipment details section, you will be able to have all the information necessary for collection.
If you have already done all of this but still have not heard from your package, please contact our Customer Service.

What is the return policy?
You have up to 14 days from the day you receive the package to request a return. From the day you requested the return, you have another 14 days to entrust the package to the courier of your choice.
You can proceed with the return at your own expense by choosing the courier you prefer, respecting the timeframes explained above.
You will need to contact customer service at the email address servizioclienti@antonelloserio.it, indicating the order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return (optional). Once you have received approval from customer service, you will need to follow the instructions of the courier you have chosen.
When shipping the return, it is essential to send us the tracking code by email to servizioclienti@antonelloserio.it
If you have already made a return and intend to make another one relating to the same order, you can proceed with the return at your own expense by choosing the courier you prefer, respecting the times explained above.

Did you receive the goods I returned?
We inform you that to know exactly the day we receive the return you can keep the tracking code communicated to the courier and monitor it. We will refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return, by crediting the amount to the credit card/Paypal account used during the purchase.
The refund procedure will start after checking the integrity of the returned products and the conformity of the return to our conditions of sale, reported in the general conditions of sale . Once the procedure is concluded, you will receive an email with a credit note, confirming the re-credit.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email within the timeframes above, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please ensure you have your order number, return item code and any other relevant information (e.g. tracking number) available, as this will help us assist you as quickly as possible.

What are the refund times and methods?
After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the products, the refund procedure will be carried out, of which you will be informed by email. The conclusion of this procedure will take place within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return, through the re-crediting of the amount on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
We inform you that for payments by credit card, the times for displaying the refund vary depending on the banking circuit used, over which we have no control.

Can I change my order?
No, it is not possible to change or add items to a completed order. If you purchase the wrong item, you can request cancellation by writing an email to servizioclienti@antonelloserio.it or by calling our Customer Service : we will do our best to help you.

Incomplete order / faulty item / wrong item... what should I do?
In case of an incorrect item, missing item or faulty item, contact us at the email: marketing@antionelloserio.it indicating the order number and the codes of the missing products or the faulty item. In the latter case, indicate your preference between the replacement of the item and the refund: the procedure will be the same as for the return and there will be no additional costs for you.

Are credit card payments safe?
We guarantee that every purchase is made in total safety and through the most advanced data encryption systems.

Are the colors of the photographed items exactly the real ones?
Our photography services ensure a true rendition of the color of the garment. However, since device screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be exactly the same as the actual garment.

I paid with a credit card, I saw the "congratulations" page but I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Try to check the receipt of the email in the "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder of your mailbox: if it is the first time you make purchases on Antonello Serio, some providers may label the confirmation email as spam. If you do not find the email even in the junk mail, do not place the order again, but write immediately to servizioclienti@antonelloserio.it as it may be that you have entered the wrong email address. If you want to have a quicker response, check the movements of the credit card used: if the order has been placed you will see the transaction.

How do I search for a product?
Do you have the code of the item you are looking for? If so, click the MAGNIFYING GLASS icon at the top right, type the product code into the search box and press enter. Alternatively, you can search for other available products by selecting the category using the drop-down menu. You can then refine your search by selecting the type of product, size, color and price using the filters available in the menu on the left.

I made a return but the card I used is no longer active
The card used to place your order has been lost/stolen/deactivated? Don't worry, the refund will be made to the account linked to your card. For tax reasons we must refund to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.

The product I want is out of stock, will you restock?
At this time we have no way to confirm if and when a specific item will be back in stock. Alternatively, we invite you to keep an eye on our New Arrivals, you may find an item similar to what you are looking for!

Is it possible to cancel an order?
You can do this as long as your order has not already been processed. If you want to proceed with the cancellation, contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How can I recover my forgotten password?
To recover your forgotten password, simply enter the email address used during registration and click on the “Forgot Password?” link found in the “My Profile” section.

When will the amount spent be charged?
When you place an order, the payment is immediately recorded. If one or more items purchased are not available, the order will be cancelled and we will refund you, of which you will be informed by email. The conclusion of this procedure will take place within 14 working days, by re-crediting the amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase. I want to close my account, how do I do it?
To close your account, contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE confirming:
• Your name and surname
• Your date of birth
• Your billing address
• The email address you used to register your account
We will deactivate your account and send you an email to confirm the closure. If you change your mind in the future and want to shop again, simply register again.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive Antonello Serio's newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom of one of our newsletters.
